Chromebook search goes to Bing instead of Google

When a student goes to Google Chrome on their Chromebook and tries to do a search, it redirects to search-fine.com and thesearchplc.com before going to Bing. The student doesn't have any questionable extensions running and another student in the same grade was able to use Google search without it redirecting. When I checked the search engine settings, it says Google and I deleted any other search engines that were listed. I think it's somewhere in his profile because the issue comes up if another Chromebook is used. I do not know what could be causing it or how to fix it.

I factory reset his Chromebook and he was still having the issue. The issue is following him Chromebook to Chromebook so it looks like there's something in his profile but I can't find anything to give me an idea about it.

I signed on to a desktop and went into myaccount.google.com under the student's ID. I went to the security tab and saw that there were two sign-ins from California, which shouldn't have been there, and I removed them. I went to the Third Party Apps and Services list and removed Blooket and NoRedInk. After that the searches went to Google as they were supposed to.
