Question Chrono Ark inducing BSOD when quitting. REFERENCE_BY_POINTER.

Hi guys, I've been having an issue where closing Chrono Ark will more likely than not result in a BSOD regardless of if I do it via quitting normally or forceclosing it.

I've done some research and tried sfc /scannow and DISM, both came back clean.

I'd really appreciate the help, I tried opening them and digging in with windbg but it ended up inconclusive.

- C is an SSD. I'm not sure where to get more details, google told me to look using msinfo32. Chrono Ark is not on said SSD (it's on the D drive instead)

In addition to the info requested by @Ralston18 , are your main drivers (video, motherboard chipset, network) fully up to date? Same question for Windows.

C: and E: drives appear to be very full.

C: is way too small to be hosting Windows.

D: is shown as OS? E: as win10

Open the Disk Management window - expand so all can be clearly seen and read.

Ah, I can say my windows 10 is comically out of date - I think the version is just above 12k, as I'm using a very old laptop - updating them results in huge system instability. I think it's probably out of the purview of tom's hardware at this point, so I don't mind - don't want to burden you guys. Can someone lock this thread?
