Church computer need help rebooting

My laptop has been hacked and I cannot get it to come on anymore can't even get gateway to pop up I need help resetting my computer is there anybody out there who can help me this is for a pastor and his church

Well, is it your computer we are discussing, or a pastor's? If it won't even 'come on', what makes you think or suspect it was 'hacked'?

Hi, I am going to try to help you but some computer problems need advanced troubleshooting at a computer repair shop.
- Can you tell what brand and model number is you laptop?
- what system is installed on your laptop?
- What makes you think your computer was hacked?
