I was playing wow when my computer just crashed and shutdown. I rebooted and got the CI.dll error. I tried windows repair but that did not help. I can't run safe mode, or any mode to run scans. I can only get to the desktop with the "boot without driver signiatures" I can't run TDSS kaspersky tool. please help

Do you have your OS disc.Can you boot from that and try a startup repair?

Hello! I have a computer that did the same yesterday. but replacing the file ci.dll doesnt work niether will startup repair. I have tried system restore without any luck

I couldn't wait any longer, I just reinstalled windows..

And it's such a nasty virus, I wouldn't feel safe even after a virus remover COULD get rid of it.
