I am having some issues while overclocking. I am trying to overclock 8700K, the problem is that if i pass cinebench 2 times i get a blue screen but in AIDA 64 after 3 hours everything is ok and no errors. Why does cinebench crash my windows?

Im using W10 Pro 64 bits, ASUS Z370E, 3000Mhz DDR4 ram and MSI GTX 1080.

Solution
Each stress or bench software loads the hardware in different ways (I.e. render an image, count something, solve an equation, ...). That's why it's recommended to test with different software. AIDA64 is for general testing and it's not strong enough. You might wanna use prime95 or RealBench to make sure your CPU is stable.
Also, Overclocking CPU can affect the RAM as well. If adjusting CPU clock or voltage doesn't give you a fix, try Memtest86 to make sure your RAM is stable as well.
