Cinebench Freezing, CPU Overclock Issue?

I have my FX-8320 overclocked to 4.51 GHz and I've been using Cinebench to test out its perfromance. I can use Open GL on Cinebench fine without any issues but when I try to test my CPU my screen freezes or I get a blue screen. I thought that this happened simply because I pushed my processor too far but I'm able to run every other program stably and at amazing speeds. I even play games like Crysis 3, Assassin's Creed IV, and Bioshock Infinite on Ultra settings for long periods of time without any trouble. Is Cinebench freezing because I've pushed my CPU too far or is something else going on?

Solution
You must realize, you are using a benchmarking tool that is made to stress your system. Those games, while playing stable, are not doing to your system what the benchmarker is. Your system is most likely not actually stable. You are just not seeing the instability until a real stressor is introduced, i.e. Cinebench, Prime95, etc. Try lowering your overclock, then run it again.
