There are some recognizable fictional characters scattered through the
Net.GURPS.Characters.Book. They're Third Edition writeups, though, so
they'll need some updating...

I posted 5 characters from TV/movies in the thread Modern League of
Extraordinary Gentlemen. The 150 point Buffy was just a start, but I
also posted Doc Brown (Back to the Future), Jack Burton (Big Trouble in
Little China), Glen Garth Gregory (The Delphi Bureau, similar to The
Pretender), and Burt Gummer (Tremors). Scientist, brawler (sort of),
spy, shooter, and (with Buffy) martial artist. Built for starting
characters (less than 150 points, using 4E).

Should be, since he's one of the characters referenced as having
been an inspiration for it. :)

Truly Badass, BTW.

I think I have a web rules book for X-Files ala GURPS. If that's your
valid email addy I'll send it out to you. Might not be what you are looking
for but I think I has the characters you may want to use....

.... Just checked it doesn't have the characters but it does have
templates for characters and some of the creatures/mutant people from the
show. Hope it is useful.

Now. Just copied the Modern League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (with a
little formatting, and fixing a few math mistakes) to my text page:

Otherwise, they're pretty much as posted in the group.
