Cisco "Iron Port C160 Email Security Appliance" Questions

Hello, I got this unit for free, I was wondering if it has any other uses other than for what it's intended for, as it seems to have a cpu, ram, expansion slots, and HDDs. Can it be converted into a PC? If not, what do you think I can sell it for?

This appliance is based on a Dell server. You can remove the cap from the video output, reinstall the operating system and use it as a server.
