The DHCP configuration for both computers (both the computer should automatically take the IP) and the NAT, the computer PC on the Vlan10 must pass on the Internet or to connect to the provider's router. Solution
You can't expect someone to just give you a configurations for multiple devices especially since there are to many ways to do this.

It is pretty easy since you have 2 vlans that means you have 2 subnets. All you do when you define the subnets that NAT will match is only include the ones you want in the access list you want to have access to the internet.
