Cisco Router and TP-LINK Switch

Hi guys,

I would like to know if it's possible to use the Cisco Router with TP-LINK switch.

I have three switch T1600G 28-TS , and to assure redundancy in the new office i will place them, i was thinking about ordering 2 Cisco router to use the HSRP protocol. The final network capability should be about 250-300 computer, so i was seeking advice.

It depends what features you need but in general they should be compatible especially if you are going to run them as layer2 devices. You should not use proprietary stuff like HSRP but it will work if you really want to. You of course will need more switches since you do not have enough ports.
