CIT Vintage X11 mod to accommodate 2 large GPUs

Hi,

I've been lucky enough to pick up two 280x from work. I am attempting to connect them to my motherboard in this case: http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/cit-vantage-pc-case-black-a85ky?ranMID=40341&ranEAID=TnL5HPStwNw&ranSiteID=TnL5HPStwNw-d5cfw3dA6AlqGUqAwrN2_Q&

There is a back panel (blue thing) I have unscrewed to accommodate one. Underneath it I can see a bolted square like thing. Any recommendations on how I can remove it? When its removed I can fit the second GPU in.
