Cities Skylines: Can I run it? (Intel graphics)

Hey, I would love playing Cities: Skylines the problem is that my laptop have Intel HD Graphics and as I saw in the requirements it doesn't support those graphics cards, and then I see yt videos with Intel gpu and saw a guy 40+ fps so I don't really know if it be playable.

Specs:
Intel core i5 4300m 2.6ghz (3.3ghz turbo boost)
Intel HD Graphics 4600
8gb Ram
64 bit
1366x768

yes you prob could, at lowest settings, turn off Depth of Field/shadows etc. Try looking for the cloud/fog disabler mod which increases the FPS quite a bit. As the city grows larger and at night (lots of lightining) the FPS could worsen.
