OK, so I have been wokring from home a couple years, and we use Citrix to connect to the remote desktop. I have not had any MAJOR issues until recently. anyhow, it appears as though citrix is somehow screwing up my Chrome browser and making things sluggish. I tried uninstall and reinstall of both Citrix and chrome, and same issue.

WHen I look at task manager,. after a restart, there are severeal citrix procceses running. Even though I went into startup programs, and disabled it.
SO, I cannot just take citrix off completely, I need it to work from home. and I need to clear cache cookies from crome, but it takes forever and sometimes hangs and/or crashes. I have tried using Ccleaner and even that dont help.

This is what it looks like in my task manager

Also this in task manager as well

And this is what Ccleaner sees after just a small amount of time from last cleaning.

I need to know, HOW can I have citrix installed, but to use the least resources and not automatically run ANY services, until I have to log in to work.
PLease help!
