CityStates is a new web-based political strategy game. You can raise
armies, take bribes, stage a coup, set tax rates, form new states, and
perform almost any other government-realated action. The rule system
allow almost any government type and structure to exist.

The game is unique because it can be played with real money. For
example, when you hire someone you can choose to pay a set rate per
day, such as $10. At any time moeny may be deposited or withdrawn
from you CityStates account. Depending on the economy of your state,
you might be able to make a nice profit by playing.

Such a game ought to be illegal.
