I think that the Internet should have it's own government that is not associated with any countries. It could even be a direct democracy where everyone that uses the Internet gets to vote. The isp's would have to have no control over it for it to work though

@thekyle64 Unfortunately, if everyone who used the internet voted, it would likely be a similar situation to what we're already facing. Uninformed people placed in positions of power.

I assure you, out of those who use the internet, we are not the majority.

I agree that we would have a similar problem with ignorant people in power but at least we would have the opportunity to teach them how technology actually works
