Question Ck104 key stopped working

The left arrow key from my ck104 stopped working after a couple weeks of use. I tried use alcohool on the switch, but that didnt solve it. It still dead.

I have a video. Can someone help me?

Return it for replacement under warranty if it's only two weeks old - - -- that's what warranties are for aren't they?
