[SOLVED] CL15-15-15-35 vs CL14-16-16-31

Hello all,
I have just about finished my build, but contemplating between two different memory kits:
G.Skill Ripjaws V
16GB (8GBx2) DDR4 2400Mhz CL15-15-15-35
or
Team T-Force Vulcan Series
16GB (8GBx2) DDR4 2400Mhz CL14-16-16-31

I know the lower the CL is the better, but what about the rest of the timings?

To give you context here is my build specs:
CPU: Intel i7 8700K
Logicboard: MSI MPG Z390M Gaming Edge AC
GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 2080 TI Ventus 11G
Storage: Samsung 960 Pro 512GB NVME M.2 + WD Blue 3D Nano 500GB
PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G3

Cl 14 would be slightly better but I doubt you'd see difference in real life. The rest of timings go with CL depending on what's set in XMP.

Thanks for the quick response. So just to be clear, the other times are tide to the CL?
So even though the 2nd and 3rd number are one digit higher, because they are tide to the CL, and the CL is lower, that would make them faster?

It's all set in XMP and made to be compatible with XMP in BIOS. It's been set like that and tested for best performance.
