There was a Storyteller campaign in Sydney called Clandestyne. It ran
from the end of 1995 to the beginning of 1998.
Some time ago, I collected the various things that people had written
for the campaign, edited them, and assembled a "campaign guide."
Just in time for the end of the WoD, the necronomicon.org webmaster
has finally got around to putting this document online:

It's not exactly the WoD, but you might find it interesting.
