Question Clarification about previous post

Clarification about this post.
The disc was created by a Mac during an Apple-recommended update.
In no way was this piracy. The update process asked if they wanted to create a copy.
I asked the seller just to make sure before buying it.
So can someone help with my issue please?

You stated "....I bought an OS X 10.4 Tiger disc (NON Apple official...." That means that you do NOT have a legal copy and therefore are in violation of our rules.
