And as for the RAM what should I choose, I do not know the ram voltage of the slots Please can some one help??
And for the mother board I need to know which one to buy because i plant to oc a little bit (4.5 ghz)
Please suggest me good cpu cooler (not water cooled , only fan) that can handle these temperatures...
My budget is 650-700$ and please get it from amazon (with international shipping).

I would simply not build AMD today and rather do I3 build. That board will hardly overclock that high and last! There are no good overclocking AM3+ mATX boards.

They were behind 3 years ago when the released the FX6300 http://www.anandtech.com/show/6396/the-vishera-review-amd-fx8350-fx8320-fx6300-and-fx4300-tested/9 and now they are even further behind.
