I am not sure, but at the first view I think that some games as Test Drive 5 (1998), C&C
gold (1997), Viper Racing (1998) are not even abandoware, but warez
eg. Test Drive 5 by Accolade costs now $ 19.95
Classicgames.us mentions "full games", not previews or demos. So I am thinking it must
be Warez

A real nice site indeed. I just like to know if all the games listed
are abandoned by the authors, and are released in the public domain,
before I list this site on my links pages.

I checked their About. It said nothing. But the answer is with almost
100% certain yes to question number one and no to the second
(abandonware is technically illegal).
