Clean install Windows 10 doesn't have iisreset

The only way known by me to stop Internet Information Services(IIS) was from the Command Prompt with the 'iisreset /stop', in order to make Wamp work.

But Windows 10 Pro doesn't recognize this command, it doesn't seem to have iisreset.exe in System32.

'iisreset' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

What can I do?

I think its just "iisreset" you dont need the /stop. And I believe you can do it in the IIS manager GUI this guide I linked below says "In IIS Manager, right click the local computer, point to All Tasks, then click Restart IIS."

Thank you, but the problem is that in "Administrative tools" there is no such thing as "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager".

I have installed the Windows 10 Pro x64 from the windows.com

Didn't see any option saying "Instal IIS feature" or something like that.

Oh okay, well you have it deactivated then. It comes turned off by default in windows 10. Search "turn windows features on or off" in the windows 10 search box click what comes up, a window should open called "windows features", then just check off internet information services.
