The only way known by me to stop Internet Information Services(IIS) was from the Command Prompt with the 'iisreset /stop', in order to make Wamp work.

But Windows 10 Pro doesn't recognize this command, it doesn't seem to have iisreset.exe in System32.

'iisreset' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

What can I do?

Thank you, but the problem is that in "Administrative tools" there is no such thing as "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager".

I have installed the Windows 10 Pro x64 from the windows.com

Found the solution here: http://www.howtogeek.com/112455/how-to-install-iis-8-on-windows-8/

Thank you @rgd1101 for giving e the clue: "iis has to be installed(turned on)".
