Clean install Windows 10 in UEFI mode in pre installed Win 7(Legacy)

Hi,
I have two queries.
1.I would like to know whether I can clean install Win 10 Pro, using the supplied Win 10 Pro disk,in UEFI mode, in my HP 280 G2 PC which has preinstalled Win 7 Pro(Legacy).The specs of the PC are- Core i3 6100 with 8 GB RAM.
2. If I upgrade to a good discrete graphics card in the future,will I be able to clean install Windows 10 in UEFI mode?

1. yes you can, but your HP recovery partition will be gone. installing UEFI mode will remove other partitions.
2. you dont need discrete GPU to install win 10 uefi, if you want to add/upgrade GPU you might want to check/replace your PSU.

Thanks for your answer,actually I asked the second question to know whether an installed GPU will be UEFI compatible or not.
