Clean Install with Genuine Windows 7 Starter from fake Windows 7 Ultimate

My main problem is I have my Acer ASPIRE 4738ZG laptop with Windows 7 Starter installed after I bought it. I knew that starter had so much limitations. I need to upgrade it FREE. So, I searched for free copy. I installed from internet a ungenuine copy of Windows 7 Ultimate.

My problem is I want to downgrade or format my laptop back to Genuine Windows 7 Starter. I have my Windows 7 Starter SEA Installation DVD with my laptop. Is there any way I can clean install my laptop without deleting my other partitions? I'm planning to make partition and transfer my files to other partition.

Toms hardware has rules which say no help with ILLEGAL software...
