Question Clean OS install on new nvme drive?

Hey guys, I just got a WD black sn750 nvme ssd for christmas. Ill be honest i have no idea how to transfer my OS to the new drive once installed. My current boot drive is a Kingston 120GB 2.5" ssd.
I have read that cloning from 2.5" to nvme can be problematic. So i would like to do a clean windows install but i dont know how to do so.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and im sorry that im a newb, please be patient with me lol.
