Clean Re installation of Windows 10 for new motherboard

I am upgrading my existing B350 motherboard to a X470 motherboard (Asus Strix X470-F) and i am told that i need to do a clean installation of windows. I have the full retail version of Windows 10 Home. I have a R5 2600 already installed. How exactly do i do a clean installation of windows and get rid of everything on my computer and will i still be able to use my windows key if it prompts me for it.
