Hi,
i just bought a new laptop and it came with a bunch of HP software and other Windows Modifications and stuff, as a result the laptop is really slow (takes like 14 seconds to start programs and do other stuff) so i wanted to do a clean reinstallation of Windows but i heard that you can't download the Windows 8.1 with Bing ISO, is that really true?
Am i stuck with the option of buying a normal Windows 8.1 version?
Any help is appreciated, thank you and have a nice day!

Solution
I have seen weaker processors run it.

The trick to installing windows 10 is to ignore windows update or those stupid push notifications. Instead, use the media download tool:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

It allows you to create a windows 10 ISO file or a bootable USB for Windows 10, home or pro, x86 or x64.

It also has "upgrade now" function for operating systems eligible for the free upgrade. It works very well in my experience. You must use the upgrade now function for the update to activate. Burning an ISO and installing, doesn't activate the install. During the setup, it will give you the choice of the "in place" upgrade, which leaves your programs and files, or the clean update, which...

Right. MS expects you to get that install from HP.

Solution?
Uninstall most/all of that HP gunk.

Already tried. that did help but the laptop is still ridiculously slow.
A friend with great knowlegde told me that this lag wont fully go away until i do a clean reinstallation of Windows.
So that brings me to my original question, no way to obtain the ISO?

The bs OEM install that comes with a lot of preinstalled laptops.

Windows 8.1 with Bing is actually a version of Windows that alot of manufacters put in their computer because its free for them
Its free for them because it comes with Bing as the default search engine, thats why its called Windows 8.1 with Bing
Now because this is an actual version of Windows 8.1 the product key won't work with other versions of Windows 8.1

Oh, this is that free version that they released to challenge chromebooks on the low end laptop market. I didn't realize they gave it it's own name and SKU. Doesn't sound like the keys would interchange with core, but I will still put it to test.

I cannot find a Windows 8.1 Core ISO :/
i ended up buying Windows 8.1 Home.
Thanks Microsoft.....

Yeah i tried doing that actually but no matter what i did Windows Update was saying "Preparing for download"
i even left it there for a whole night and it was still like that.
Yeah im not dealing with all the Windows Problems
Also do you think a Intel Celeron N2480 would be able to run Windows 10?

I also do not recall the "revert to your old version of windows" option with this method, though I always chose the clean install version. The option might be there with a regular upgrade. But keep in mind that the option might not be available. So have plan B if you don't like 10.
