Question Clean ssd install , driver problem occurs

Followed all the steps till the booting of the usb , motherboard logo appears normally and then a blue screen appears saying the error 0x000021a while NO software is installed!!!!

Also i sometimes manage to get past that screen for no appaerent reason , and when i proceed i get another error that files are missing from the usb file
