I recently build my first PC, (pretty excited about it), yet I am having MAJOR problems with getting windows 10 installed. I get an error/message after I try to go through with the install that says "Windows could not complete the installation. To reinstall windows, restart the installation." I am doing this with a USB drive through the custom install. The motherboard I am using in this build is the GIGABYTE z170-hd3. I am not the most tech savvy person out there so if you need more information, just ask. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

make sure you have the newest bios on the mb. in the bios turn offf intel csm make sure in the bios if your going for speed set the ssd and bios to efi boot turn off legacy boot. under boot turn on windows 10 os and boot from windows 10 boot manager. on the usb stick from another pc use windows media creation tool to make newest windows boot stick. on the hard drive if it had any os on it before del all partions. if windows cant make system partion the install will fail. you may need to use windows diskpart commands to wipe used hasrd drive.
