So I am sitting here with a bit of a problem.
I wantet to make a clean install on my pc, so I format all the drives after inserting the windows disc.
The drives I have left are as follow:
Drive 0 partition 1 - 20,5 gb - OEM (reserved)
Drive 0 partition 2 - 3,5 gb - OEM (reserved)
Drive 0 partition 3 - 100 mb - System
Drive 0 partition 4 - 572.1 gb - Primary
The Bios is Phoenix
Not quit sure what the motherboard is, but the "brand" is Aspire of the pc.
Before it had windows 7 and an upgrade to windows 10.
The problem is that when I load the Primary drive to install windows 8, it wont find the disc, and keeps telling me to insert drivers. It is doing the same with windows 10 disc.
Now I am a newbie in all of this. So what can I do here ? When I boot up from disc it gives me the option to install windows, so cd/dvd drive does work.
