So I cleaned my computer today and when I put everything back together after cleaning, and then turned it on, the monitor stayed blank. I know it detected the HDMI cable because it did not ask me to plug it in anywhere.
All my LED's are on (gpu, cpu heatsink, power button)
I don't have any spare ram or any other parts to check if it is a specific part.
my motherboard is an Asrock Extreme 4 Z77 and my cpu is an i5 3570k
my hard drives are plugged in at the exact same place as before so I don't think its my hard drives.
My computer can stay on for as long as needed but the monitor still won't show anything.
I cleared the CMOS using the clear CMOS button on the IO motherboard thing, I have not actually cleared it using the manual method.
I either think it's my ram or maybe the motherboard power connector not plugged in all the way (which I have doubts about because then the computer won't even turn on if it was the power connector right?)
My motherboard also has this debug thing at the bottom of it which shows letters A-Z and numbers 0-9 but not even that is showing anything

I tried connecting the hDMI cable to both of them, i can't even access the BIOS because the screen is blank on bootup

You cleaned your computer so hard, you cleaned the software out of it. :O

Jokes aside, you may have shifted some dust into the slots for the GPU and RAM. SATA ports tend to work pretty well even if they're covered in dust. If your motherboard post code display isn't showing up, then your computer isn't posting. You may have ESD fried your motherboard, or your power cables aren't all in. Motherboards don't post if a CPU is in the socket but the CPU power cables are detached.

I don't think it's fried because I did not smell burning or anything it might be dust in the ram but I put the ram in both 2/4 and 1/3. My cpu is fine no damaged pins or anytjing

i fixed it so now it turns on but now my computer would randomly restart not like a hard reset it would tell me that it was resetting by saying it was collecting info and stuff

some things that happened before that was
1. Flash randomly dying while trying to watch youtube
2. Dota2 would randomly stop moving (sound and cursur still worked)
