"CLEANed" SSD secure enough to sell with computer?

If I use the command line CLEAN on my SSD, and then fresh install Win 10 on it, is that safe enough to sell with the rest of my computer? I don't want to use CLEAN ALL.

This is a cheap Team SSD. They don't have squat, unfortunately. I tried Crucial Storage Executive that I use in my Crucial drives, but it wouldn't work on this Team drive.

Nah. Unfortunately, that download was just for drive info, life remaining, data migration... nothing to secure erase.

How do I low level format it? With Win10 format command like with a HDD?

I read that it wastes precious writes. That the SSD can only write so many times. But now that I think of it, that is the same thing a low level format would do, right?

A single usage of clean all would reduce the theoretical lifespan of the SSD by one day. One day, several years from now.
