Cleanest way to run My PC?

I just did a low lvl format, reinstalled wondows and all my games. Now I just want to know what other programs I should be running in order to keep it as cleans as I can. Names of programs would be greatly appreciated thanks

Also, clear out once a week:

1. Start - Run - (type in) %temp%
2. C:WindowsPrefetch and Temp
