[SOLVED] Cleaning dust out of PC outside, how to ground myself and what object to hold fan?

I see there are other questions of this nature but I have not found the answer to my question yet, so I am asking a similar question. What object do i use to hold the fans in place when i am dusting with compressed air? Would a Q-tip be ok? I want to avoid static damage. Can I just touch a metal toolbox to dispel static, or metal pipe, before I start working? Should I keep touching the metal object throughout the process? Thanks for any advice!

Just hold the fan with a finger it will be fine.

Touch the PSU before doing anything, nothing really to worry about.

Also if the psu is under a shroud, just touch a metal part of the casing before you touch anything.
