know to be full but only prints red. clean heads in toolbox won't work. what
is the best way to clean it? thanks.

Dip the print head in a dish of warm (not hot but very warm) water 1/2 cm deep
for a few minutes. This usually works but I am sure you will see lots of other
suggestions soon.

Agree fully with the warm water trick, I've used it successfully a few
times, but only if that doesn't work try blowing into the vent holes for a
few seconds to force a little ink out of the head onto a paper towel. That
was the only way to get one old HP cart going again on an ancient HP printer
used at work.

Another tip, place the cart in a plastic bag and swing it round and round in
sets of six. Repeat if required.
