Cleaning inside the box

Hey all, quick question:

I need to get the dust out of inside my pc. Would it be safe to use a hairdryer on the cool setting? Sounds stupid I know but may just do the trick...

avoiding static electricity is crucial so Id avoid the hair dryer

Buy a can of compressed air
