Cleaning k70 keyboard?

I am trying to clean my keyboard, but i do not have any pressurized air at the time. Could a duster such as a swiffer duster work when i remove all of the keys, or is it unsafe and i just wait to buy some pressurized air cans?

You can just use a cloth to clean it. You don't need anything fancy.
