Cleaning my computer

Not sure if this is the right thread but i was wondering about cleaning computers with something else than compressed air... i know that vacuums create static electricity

but how would it be with something smaller like this

Im not sure what creates the static electricity, but this seems to be plastic by the end instead of metal.

Would this do? If not, how do you recommend. Thanks in advance

It creates static electricity through physics. In short, any type of vacuum is bad. Why not use compressed air? It will work fine as long as the can is upright.
