Cleaning My Gpu

So guys i kinda went in and took a med-soft toothbrush and brushed the back of the PCB pf my Gpu "msi gtx970 gaming 4g" and cleaned the whole pc using just the toothbrush. Any thoughts? Is it gonna damage the parts? I didnt scrub the hell put of the parts just softly loosening the dust is it okay?

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't recommend doing that any more, at least not on the PCB. Use canned air or an air compressor. 91% Isopropyl alcohol if it's really dirty.

*Edit.They actually make bristled PC cleaning brushes, so it might be fine if you didn't scrub too hard. But I don't think they are for cleaning PCBs.

yea just don't scrub too hard. don't wanna break any of the leads or components on the PCB
