Cleaning out Laptop for Sale.

Hello. someone asked me to buy my laptop for a good price. What do i need to do to wipe the hard drive So far i have used windows option in the recovery settings to fully clean disk and reset windows. I have done that 3 times. I also have uninstalled windows and reinstalled windows 10 twice. Is this enough to clear my information. I have heard of DBAN and i considered doing that but i did not want to wipe out all of the HP programs built into the laptop and screw it up. But im scared the person i sell it to might be able to get some info about me.
