Cleaning power supply ended up pc shutting down

I cleaned my power supply. When I turn my pc back on, the fan will make noisy for like 0.5 seconds then it shuts down. Then it will on again by itself then shuts down again. What to do please...im panicking

During the cleaning process, somehow a short was created, or something disconnected. The best advice I can give is this:
