cleaning the temp files ? and recording with obs while playing gta online ?

So hello tom's hardware's beautiful community, it's my last question in about avoiding being banned in games.
So does cleaning the prefetch/windows temp/localtemp/internet temp files could result in a ban in such games like in example: GTA V "rockstar edition"
please excuse my curiosity, and also what a bout recording with obs for you tube videos, could i get banned, i heard people getting banned before i heard from rockstar that they no longer ban people for that and also including discord chat, steam overlay, both which i ever use, and thank you

Cant really comment on how your games track you, but temp files are usually ok to get rid of AFTER you play anything because they can be used to hold information about what programs are open whilst youre playing (so deleting temp files whilst playing maybe flagged as attempting to fiddle).

my internet temp files are hosted on a ramdisk which disappears when pc shuts down (eg the entire folder is deleted permanently on shut down, then recreated from scratch when i reboot and browse the net). i have no issues plaing games.
