In these coronatimes, how can I sately clean and disinfect my phone?

Do you mean like completely wipe your phone or do you want to check your phone for viruses?
If you wipe your phone i would suggest to use its factory wiping software(Build in) and if you want to disinfect your phone i would say using AVAST antivirus software will remove all threads.
