I made another post about this, but I wasn't sure under what category to put this under because I think this might be something with windows resolution. Anyways I have a 4k monitor and I'm running 3840x2160 recommended.

Anyways I just noticed that I have a clear vertical line down the center of my screen which I cant see. The reason I noticed this line is because it is distorting text that happens to cross its path. If I try to take a screenshot of the issue it doesn't show, so I took a picture.

Heres my build : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZC48tJ

I apologize for the bad camera resolution

Solution
Only things I can think of would be to try a different port on your GPU, change out the video cable for another, heck even just blowing out the ports/cable might help. For all we know there could be a hair or some dust of some kind on a contact that is screwing things up. Otherwise, I am not sure how to fix it. Well, not sure how to fix it cheaply.
Try and different monitor/TV and if the issue is still there then it IS your PC, but I have a suspicion that it's your monitor. I mean if you can take a screenshot and it doesnt show up, but still shows up on the monitor, then I would say its a fault of somekind in the monitor.
