[SOLVED] Clearance Compatibility with NH-D15

-Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI
-Asus - ROG STRIX Z390-H GAMING ATX

Or another similar motherboard.

Will I run into problems assembling these together via space?

they need this psace below cooler https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-3200c16d-32gvk for a 120 mm fan the will be nearly low clearance https://noctua.at/en/nh-d15s/specification if they use a 140 mm fan eam slot will be useless you need the 120 mm fan version .

What about these sticks? CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4

Will they fit with the D15 without any issues? I can't find height specifications for these sticks on any websites.

Looks fine

for example these ddr3 modules look a bit taller & since the video shows the guy is also using an Auros, I think you can be as sure as can be it'll be good to go.

Do you already own the D15? If not, you could go for the D15S, which is designed with RAM clearance in mind.

The corsairs you linked to have the lower profile heat sink on the dimms so it will fit. The corsairs I have use the taller heatsink which are a bit prouder so it wouldn't fit the 2nd fan so easily. I'd have to try and attach it slightly offset. Looks totally fine tho. in your case.

To be precise the lower profile heat sink sits 24mm above the dimm socket and the higher profile one on my dimms sits 45mm above the socket.

Do you already own the D15? If not, you could go for the D15S, which is designed with RAM clearance in mind.

I don't but the benchmarks I've seen have shown the D15S ever so slightly less performing than the D15 (correctt me if I'm wrong!), so if all it takes is getting slightly shorter RAM with virtually identical stats and timings to the taller counterparts, I'm alright with that!

That said, I am aware of the D15S I just didn't want to jump over to that yet because of the RAM's physical dimensions alone.

The G.Skill 40mm RipJaws V modules will work fine. The fan is also adjustable granted your case can allow it.
