i have a removable bracket at the top of my case and when i took it out to install the radiator and fans(push method) i cant put the bracket in all the way because the fans that attached to the radiator hit the ram

OK, I see. It appears to be a combination of mistakes by both Asus and Phanteks. Asus for designing their motherboard by placing the DIMM slots unusually close to the top of the board. And Phanteks for designing a gimmicky slide-out bracket for mounting the rad/fans on.

Any chance of mounting the rad/fan assembly directly to the top of the case like would normally be the way to do it and leaving out the bracket?
If the fans are hitting the RAM sticks due to their high heat-sinks, you could simply get shorter RAM. But it appears that it isn't the height, it is the slot placement.
