Question Cleared cmos and now doesn't post.

I'm using a gigabyte b450 gs3h on the bios f41 witha 3700x with a 1070, 16gb of ddr4 15-16-16-35 3000mhz gskill ripjaws, and a 500W power supply. Earlier I was looking to buy more ram so I went to look on the sticks. Took one out, realized it was a 3000mhz stick that I was running at 2400. But I had fastboot on so I cleared my CMOS to get into the bios. And then it wouldn't post. I've tried playing around with the sticks in different slots but to no avail. No dofferent RAM, GPU, CPU, or Motherboard to try. No video output.
