Clearing CMOS after overclock help on P8z77-v LE plus

So I used used TruboV evo software to overclock, I then decided I wanted to change back to stock, and So I did the jumper method and everything went fine, how do I know if im not overclocked now. the only thing I can tell different is the multiplier was at x43 now its at x16.

Any help would be great.

Start running virus scan and it should jump to OC frequency.

If it will not go over the 4GHz, its not OC'd.

So I tried that using kaspersky, and it didnt do much, I then used Prime95 and it was over 4400 MHZ with a multiplier of 43. I just cant tell if its still overclocked or not.

Also i'm running a intel core i7 2700k

Clock Speed - 3.5 GHz
Max Turbo Frequency - 3.9 GHz

Anything higher than 3.9 GHz is OC'd.

Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
And when the battery is out, press the power button to discharge all the electricity from the system.

Uninstall TruboV evo software. Its useless.

I deleted TurboV and then took the battery out did the reset power button and then went into bios and loaded the optimized default settings. and now it seems to be stock. I just used Prime95 and it was hanging around 3600mhz and voltage wasnt as high like before, so that seems to have done it. Thanks for the help I really appreciate it.
