Does anyone know how to clear the CMOS on the Intel 975XBX board?

I found the jumper with the three "dots" but I'm not sure what to do... Connect 2 and 3 with a piece of conductive metal and remove the battery? Or remove the battery first?

Anyone please know, because I have very few time to fix this board :/ and I'm stuck because i can't access my documents from work.........

The easiest way to clear the CMOS that I have found is just to pull the battery out of the motherboard for a couple of minutes.

And if you are in a hurry and don't want to wait the 10 minutes or so for the charge to dissipate then you can move the jumper from the setting it's currently on, to the other pins, then back again. But who couldn't use a coffee break while the cmos clears anyway???
