Clearing USB with ISO

I am going to burn an ISO image to a usb drive but am using a friends flash drive as none of mine are big enough. Can I clear the flashdrive of the ISO image once I am done with it so that I can copy back the original files?

Just format the flash drive when you are done with it.

Correct, if you are creating a bootable USB drive you will need to format the flash drive which is quick and simple. If your just copying a .iso file on to the drive you can simply delete it from the drive when you are done and everything will be back to normal, it is just a file by the way nothing special about it.

yes, I'm not sure why you ask but delete the ISO file should be enough.
